We're still sitting here waiting to change a name on the car title after two hours. We arrived w/o an appointment. The lady who waited on us was nice but the wait is long. Hopefully we are able to complete the task today.

Good news and thanks first. I was worried as I already had a bad experience at my local DMV. So I tried this office close to my work. The two folks at the counter, Ashely being the one who's name I got, I am they both sure worked extra hard to process my application. Thank you both for a quick and professional transaction.

Had a great short time here. Made an appointment (which can take time for) but arrived and everything went smoothly. In and out within 30 minutes, which if you saw the lobby is a miracle. The only way to go here. The lady that helped me was very professional and courteous.

During the stressful days of moving, I made appointments at this DMV to make a change of address and update my current FL Drivers License. Unfortunately, this change required a new photo. I was not ready, I intended to use the same photo on file. I felt stressed, overwhelmed, and absolutely not presentable for a new picture. I returned a couple times afterwards to have a replacement. The waiting time was advised upon check in, and the waiting area was clean and organized for the amount of people waiting. The employees were patient and full attention was focused on when meeting with them.i want to thank the ladies who took time to take a photo, being understanding of the situation and patient during a very busy day. The smile on my new license captures my inner self, who I am inside. Thank you very much for a light and bright new picture!

Today was my road test with Kailey (sorry if I misspelled) on booth #7 and it was an honor to be driving by her side. She was very professional and very patient with me and I completely loved the energy around her. I hope this message gets to her and makes her day. Happy holidays Kailey to you and your loved ones. Hopefully I see you again one day.

Unorganized, noncommunicating , unprofessional. Waited 1.5 hrs to go back and be told I need more info on insurance and just to come back through line. Got info in under 5 min, went back through and was waiting looking at window clerk where I was for 15 min, then she says did you get another number? Told me they don't take license pictures after 330. Front desk clerk said you'll be fine cause it's not 330. It's now 345 and haven't been called back yet. What a mickey mouse club operation they have going on here at the melbourne dmv. Avoid this location if you want professionalism

If you want to be seen , my advice, make that APPOINTMENT. It's very important that you do or you will be there for a few hours waiting. I only had to wait 30 minutes and that's with an appointment , others had all ready been there for 3 hours

I dont like dmv and government mucking about in my life, but aside from their confusing number system that caals out the same code but not in order, I have to say they are pretty good. The lady at window #8 was a real champ
